A unified message throughout your business is imperative in effective communications. If someone calls your office and asks, “What do you do for people?” would you answer the question that same way as others in your office? You would hope so but that is never the case.

Having a written Verbal Brand is the place to start. It consists of your ACES (core messages), your Story, your Elevator Statement, and your Tagline. Each of the messages is vital in communicating who you are and what you do.
