Cornerstone #3: Pitching > Passion
The delivery of a pitch is as important as the content. We are not talking about electronic distribution versus snail mail, but rather the passion and excitement you have in the idea you are pitching. Passion is something you cannot learn. You are either passionate about what you are presenting or talking about, or you are not. My recommendation…never pitch anything you are not wildly excited about. If you are not passionate about it, you certainly will not be able to make the recipient excited about it either.
